There are so many substances you can take,
There is a product called TTA
Quote:
TetradecylThioacetic Acid (TTA) is another PPARalpha activator [7]. TTA works in conjunction with OEA in increasing the oxidation of fatty acids and decreasing the storage of fatty acids. TTA has been shown to increase insulin sensitivity by increasing hepatic fat oxidation and ketogenesis while draining fatty acids from the blood and extrahepatic tissues. Increased insulin sensitivity means less insulin needs to be secreted to accomplish a given task. this is beneficial while dieting because insulin is anti-lipolyic.
Coleus Forskholli (20% forskolin)
Quote:
Coleus Forskohlii is a member of the mint family and is recognized in the world of herbal medicine as the only plant source of the diterpene compound known as forskolin. What makes forskolin so important is its ability to stimulate the synthesis of cyclic AMP, which among other outcomes, triggers the release of fat from fat cells and speeds up metabolism by increasing thermogenesis (the rate at which the body burns calories at rest, emitting it as heat to the environment.) The other agent known to produce a similar effect is ephedrine and its adrenaline-like sister compounds, which are known to have dangerous side effects. Unlike ephedrine, forskolin does not stimulate the nervous system. It is able to increase the release of stored fats, elevate metabolism and increase lean mass by increasing the synthesis of cyclic AMP, without stimulating the central nervous system. Thus, forskolin give you all the fat-burning benefits as ephedrine without the risks or side effects
These are a good start.
Fish oil 15g a day minimum, is very effective.
Green tea about a half gallon
Caffein 200mg 3 x daily
There are things like sesamin oil that work well, good old CLA (but you need to use alot and its very expensive)
I dont personally like ephedrine, hammers adrenals glands and I suspect is what damaged my thyroid.....although i took it for years as an energy boost not for fatloss.
